Eden-DAoC

I'm noticing that every opener and follow-up is working consistently except Aurora Borealis (side-stun follow-up). After the first stun with celerity and pots I'm able to get a second side-stun and follow-up on the target before the first stun has even expired, should the extra cold damage NOT apply again? It cerntainly does for the back-style.
