Shadowblade LeftAxe style "Icy Brilliance" bugged.

Style: Icy Brilliance, Shadowblade Left Axe line doesn't work properly. Should be a follow-up of Snowsquall, but:
- It doesn't work as folow-up of Snowsquall anymore.
- It doesn't occure in the charplanner anymore, like at all.
- Ingame it says "Opening: Style".
Probably unintended behaviour after the change of the Berserker Icy Brilliance style in patch S3 Patch 39 - 2025-11-24.
