Housing really needs some kind of update

I have been attempting to purchase a house for a while now, but have found often the Eden online database of housing and the in game availability to not be properly synced. As it is currently (1pm EST Today) there are multiple houses showing as available on the website, and at min price, but all are occupied with a house on the land in game.
When searching in game, it shows 10+ available houses, none of which are listed on the website and do not show pricing in game... So the ONLY way to see if it's affordable, is taking the time to search in game, teleport to the market and then run out to each individual house. (Typically to find it available for 70+p and it sits for days before it drops to a somewhat reasonable price)
For someone who has joined the season late, trying to catch up and has few ways to sell items to earn income, this just seems like an unneccesary barrier that I have to jump, just to clear up my inventory and make some currency in game to easier progress. Even if there are available houses, I need to wait until the price drops from 95p. Then I have to hope it happens during a time where I am available to get on my computer and run to the house and buy it. If I missed it, wait a few more days to hope I catch the price low before someone else scoops it up again.
I am at the point I have made multiple characters just to store items I may use on other characters or hope to sell later. I'd much rather be enjoying the game than spend time sorting inventory and running from house to house to check availability.
