No RPS reward for kiling your own realm players in KOTHT

I m getting farmed by my own realm MID more then ALB and HIB put together when i solo in KOTH , i dont think its alright getting rr10 killing your own realm players , i dont understand the ideea behind the reward ..reward for what? I dont feel like going and taking keeps and helping relic raids after some trio from my own realm farmed me one night . Or at least get rps once ..but not anymore after you got kiled 1 time in a certain time..like..12h . PVP Camlan had a lower RPS reward the more you kiled same player.
