Trying to Figure out which Discord Account I used last Season

Is there a way to see what character names are linked to your account on the Eden website? I have a few discord accounts but I'm having trouble finding the one that had last seasons character names. Also, recently on one of the Discord accounts I changed the PW and it says that my PW is incorrect when I try to start Eden up. Any advice/solutions? Can you check to see what Character names are linked to an Eden account without logging on and checking each character page?
