Realm Abilities

About half of my characters cant learn Realm abilites wile the others can. Have tried to delete character files but that didnt help, if anyone has any possible solution to my problem, then it would be greatly appreciated.

Different classes have different realm abilities they can skill.
If the abilities are in [ ] brackets, they have a Level requirement.
Most likely not a bug but a lack of understanding from your side.
What exactly do you want to skill with which class?
