Manannan | Unable to Target (Video inside)

Class : Runemaster
Race : Kobold
Location : Manannan Arena (8v8)
Bug Description :
During one of our arena fights, round 2 of 2, myself and another runemaster were unable to target one of the enemies, specifically a highlander Paladin. Clicking, tab targeting, and utilizing an assist macro all failed when attempting to target.
