Warden Leveling Build?

Hello All, just discovered Eden and I am excited to play. I know that we are in between seasons atm and while I am glad that I can insta boost 50 to test things and will I am also experimenting with leveling to figure out what I want to do at the start of S3.
I am pretty sure I want to play a Warden and I might be solo. I am trying to get a friend to come for a duo, but we will see. I will of course start looking for my tribe as we progress.
My question is, is there a recommended leveling build for the Warden? I know how I would build him at 50 as a healer, but for solo/duo leveling I would like to actually be able to fight. I do not even need a recommended build as much as a distribution ratio.
Also, how do respecs work? Can I easily respec to healer later?

Respecs are free for 24h played on every new level.
Dual spec stones are a thing, those unlock the ability to create another entirely different build, including quickbars etc.
Therefore it is even possible to occasionally switch between two specs.
No clue about warden, sorry.

Keep Nurture as high as possible for combat speed, selfbuffs, bubble, Healproc, Resis and so on. At least up to 45 for red bubble.
Rest split up into shield (up to 42) and regrowth at least up to 24 for uninteruptable grp hot.
A few points into weapon (don't need to go super high because dmg increase isn't that amazing). For leveling it's enough to get the taunt style.
Restpoints into parry.
But please notice this is no final spec you would use in RvR. It's simply for solo PvE!

There may be hope for battlewardens again
since you get base dmg increase of .5% per point into shield spec
Shield Specialization: 1 handed base damage now increases by 0.5% per composite shield skill while wielding a shield in the offhand.
Its OP imho since most of those classes are proc users who also get the proc damage increased (and still have 9sec slams--which they shouldnt); but this will also slightly beneft the warden while solo since shield spec will increase base damage.
