No.
Invest your money into salvage and craft-skills.

Reampoints (for characters of either lvl 50 or 2l4+ during this or any former season), crafting skills, titles and trophies you have put into the season vault, will stay.

when you say salvage, you mean bars, wood, threads can be stored or you mean simply become a crafter so somehow invest the money which will anyway be wasted ?

Invest the money which would be wasted otherwise.

Salvage skills means, you train those skills you especially need to salvage items into raw materials, in order to craft "tinkets" out of the raw mats for gold. Its very profitable overall.
