Game Crash While Teleporting

Game closes after attempting to teleport. Happens inconsistantly but has happened on a number of occasions whilst teleporting from Crair Treflan to the Guild House using Channeler Xaela (loc: 14825, 16275). The worst part is it resets my quickbars (except page 1 and 2 of quickbar 1), it also resets my /setcamera and qbinds.
The game does not get to the load screen before the qtd and there is no error or crash report.
This has only started occuring recently and nothing has changed my end.
EDIT: I am using BysanUI (I have been since the start of the season)
