Missing Loot

Hello,
I'm still new to the server but either I don't understand the process yet or I've made a mistake. I did the encounter for the winged helmet with my Thane and this was also displayed to me. On the TOA page it says that every encounter drops a reskin pattern. However, I never received this. I assumed that you also needed the three patterns as in the original TOA and didn't think anything of it. But now that I've read through the TOA page again, I'm not sure.
