Reflex Attack triggers on parry

Hallo,
maybe it was always this way but i cant remember being it this ridiculous. then again people barely used it because it wasnt so good. but if it was like this on live everyone would have had it im sure.
so reflex attack (maybe only for bms - only saw it twice on bms today) triggers also when the attack is parried.
if it was buffed here or was always this way close this.
