Writ of Cuuldurach Valor

I completed the Bounties of Hibernia - Wirt of Valor. I selected the Writ of Cuuldurach Valor, used it. It appeared to give me credit but not only did it not give me credit. the dragon zone is no longer in the teleport list. To be more specific. The dragon zone is not listed at any channeler.

Fixing the faction fixed this. With Friendly faction, the Dragon zone reappeared in the teleport lists.
