Stalker/Rogue CL should not have an AF buff

There is a 60 delve AF spec buff in the Stalker/Rogue CL line (see picture).

There should be a 50 DD spell (char planner 1.114) :

I can add more sources of the second one if needed.

The error might originate from a version of CharPlanner where alb rogue cl line has got a strange 30 af badger's pelt (see screenshot)

The Hardened Soul CL buff adds 75 AF (93 with toa bonus) to classes that should not have access to it. Valks for example can get extra 93 AF that stack with regular spec AF.

Bonus info not related to the bug report (hardened soul in general):
1. It should not stack with with spec AF. On Eden it seems to share slot with the Pally self AF buff. There is no other CL ability that stacks with everything and it never stacked on live. The current version on live (a 20min non insta version) of Hardened Soul doesn't stack either.
2. A non spec line buff should not have a 1.25 multiplier, the hardened soul buff is not a spec line buff and there for should only give 60. (not 75). On live it gives 60.
