Minst Mezz

Minst Mezz with 29s durations lasts 30/31 seconds. I'm at 26% resists + 40% mezz shield. Not sure about the correct calculation of the mezz time but this cannot be correct. Skald mezz lasts only around 10-12 seconds with the same duration.
