Hello,

Black Water belt has a S/C buff charge with 75 value.
When using in combination with Heroism potion, the S/C buff from the belt doesn't override the S/C buff from Heroism.

It should override it, since the value is higher (in combination with % buff stuff), so you can reach 93 in strength and constitution.
