Invisible but not stealthed

Died underwater while stealthed via drowning, and when I respawned, I still looked like I was in stealth but wasn't slowed & didn't have stealth "buff." May just be visual glitch on my side, but reporting in case it looks that way for other folks on the server & is a bug that could be abused.
