EDIT - IT IS WORKING, IT SHOWS UP IN THE OPPONENTS COMBAT LOG BUT IN YOUR LOG ITS JUST INCLUDED IN THE BLUE TEXT
Edit2: The conversion proc on the Astral chain leggings is either not working or has the wrong description. It says it converts ANY damage but only works on melee damage
