Eden-DAoC

I have noticed that all the legendary weapons on Eden are in line with the 1.1 patch where their weapon speed got reduced.
For example, all the main hand weapons went from 4.0 speed to 4.2
The savage claws on eden are still at 4.0 speed while on live they are at 4.2 speed (1.1 patch).
Is this intended?

Any feedback weather this will be changed to reflect the 1.1 patch?

One point on the patch notes reads:
The majority of Legendary Weapons have had their weapon speed decreased/slowed down.

Now many weapons on Eden have this adjustment. Some do not.

1.100 is not the same as 1.1.
Specify which item you think is wrong and provide proof that you are right

All of the legendary claws have different speed here compared to live. This is one example.

Is there a proof saying 4.0 is correct…?

The only info we have is it is currently 4.2 on live (for a reason I guess ) and that „ majority of Legendary Weapons have had their weapon speed decreased/slowed down“ on given patch level.

Moon claws were 3.8 and fang greaves were 4.0

Also, might be connected, but Alb/Hib version of the Astral Mephitic Fang is 4.2 speed as well, while the Mid version is 4.0, doesn't seem correct/fair.
