Eden-DAoC

After farming arti encounters, I finally got a hold of the golden spear pattern and was super excited to apply it to my new leg weapons. I was very disappointed to learn that the pattern, and all other appearance patterns from what I can tell, are incompatible with leg weapons. Is this intended and, if so, what is the reasoning behind this decision? I have a number of appearances I would love to use, however doubt I will ever be able to since my temp includes leg weapons. Thanks!

Yes it is intended and the reason is that it is important to know that the player you are fighting is using legendary or physical weapons as it will influence what type of charges you'll want to have up.

Its just a bad solution. There is other ways displaying that.

Furthermore the weapons look ugly and youre not told beforehand.

Therefore you spend multiple platins on the weapon and you farm encounters like crazy just to be turned down.
