House Reposession

I've been MIA because of the beta and not being current season, I logged on when i could to pay my rent, knowing i could get it all back if it got repo'd, it wasnt my biggest priority.
I spent a great deal of time trying to get my stuff back from reposession agents and they tell me i have nothing to recover.
I play this game for more of a cosmetic purpose and i would really like ot have all my trophies back. -Every possible one on midgard.
I've spent tons of time, including farming 100,000 dragon scales for the frozen remains, along side many many others.
Please don't lose a long time player over something this stupid, please help me.
