Bounty Store item not found !!

Good evening,
I wanted to buy it from the bounty dealer in Realm Albion (Precious Crystal of dianecht) I looked everywhere but couldn't find it in Hiberina I found it in TIR NA NOG (Kindara) Maybe it was forgotten to add it to one of the bounty dealers in the store?!
