Hunter (Bow/Sniper) template/spec?

Hi guys,
anyone know or can point me to a decent template please rvr for a hunter bow spec thats not too difficult to obtain?
Also im not sure on spec, few people told me few different specs for eden, Either Sword or Spear? i know live etc spear was most popular but on here few have told me sword is better? And to be fair ive levelled and done BG's with both, and i seemed to prefer sword!
Spec wise i was thinking 50 Bow / 38 Stealth / 40 Beast & 18 sword or Spear which will give me last stun
or
49 Bow / 39 Stealth / 40 Beast & 18 Spear/Sword
Also whats best RA's and order of getting them, atm i have Falcons Eye 4 & Long Wind as my RR is low as im L49 atm!
Im guessing the main difference between both is the stun style... Spear is positional (Back) and sword is Evade opener. As im a bow spec i will be mostly fighting from distance then melee so getting to a back positional will be quite difficult on most enemys?
