Unable to add mobs to prism list

I have noticed this my self an have heard others complaining about it also.
On my Minstrel Mordstrel, I am unable to add ellyll guards, For other players it may be other mobs. Some report more than one mob they can not select.
When you open the menu put it in manual and select a mob name from the list, then the minimum level options come up you are not able to select a minimum level for the mob, nothing happens. Thus you can not procced to add it to the prism.
I have tried adding it multiple times. I have added other mobs then come back to this and still cannot.
