This is the 2nd time i have bought a house and when i log into Mid i get the (you havent paid rent, you have 7 days). The lockbox is full and now i am keeping 3p on my merchant. HOW am i getting this message? The last time i didnt submit a ticket the house was repossed and i was told i was "shit outta luck" so i was forced to buy another. I would like to have this NOT happen again. PLEASE tell me what i need to do to ensure i do not lose my house
