Glacial Mauler spawning inside corner of Arvarkr Faste

Hi, the Glacial Mauler that you can see in the screenshot spawns inside the corner of the keep, and get aggro everytime you pass nearby, both inside and outside the keep, breaking speed and killing pets. Could it be possible to remove it or at least move it some hundred locs far away from the keep?
