RoG Dragonsworn Cloaks can't be turned into a pattern

i bought like 20 of those RoG Cloaks and none work. the skin is not like the named Cloaks (which DO work).

Seems to affect ALL custom rogs like demonic xxx too.

ROGs cannot be turned into patterns by design.
