Eden-DAoC

i tried to boat to dun crauchon from the uppland dockmaster but he doesn't launch a boat to this specific destination.
i bought the other ones succesfully, namely beno, surs , berk, da behn and crim and got a boat for each of them, but i couldn't get him to launch a crau boat.
