Killaloe Siege Captain - Albion

I play Shirtz and its been like this since the first time I set foot in Killaloe.
Hibernia and Midgard Siege Captains aggro from about 500 range, but I have literally killed players standing on top of the Albion Siege Captain and unless you attack him, he doesn't respond.
This probably isn't top priority, but if the other 2 Captains aggro, its only fair that the Albs should have a little safety when turning in trinkets.
