why did alb get a left hand celerity thruster(dragonmight equivalent) but hib didnt? the hib hammer is just a joke, we want a celerity piercer

no1 wants that 3.3 hammer for hib, i voted for albs to get that thruster but hib needs a pierce equivalent
dont get me wrong, its good admins introduced this and i was even one of the persons to suggest it, i dunno why u wouldnt want to make it available for pierce though, no logic behind that

Yeah, really. Hibnation will probably get a 3.3 piercer off hand with celerity, omni-proc, abs debuff ,and af debuff.

I still search for a thrust-celerity weapon. I the post here I read, that alb has gotten one. Anyone knows the name of it?
