fight between Britonlnc rr5.4 minstrel and Tarrick (skald) at 3.13 (CET) on march 3rd. combat log shows calming notes being used and it being resisted.

I dont have source but I dont have in mind any RA or RR5 with a resist rate.
Mentalist RR5 = Cannot be resisted
Theurgist RR5 = Cannot be resisted
Reaver RR5 = To be tested (I'll ask Rawberque if he ever had the case)
Wizard RR5 = Never resists on many uses from my Wizard
Ranger & Hunter RR5s = Never seen it resisted but TBC

But in theory RR5s are just RAs obtained at RR5 and since no RAs can be resisted (VP, Ichor, Decimation Trap etc...) it shouldnt be

Trying to help with the reasoning. If we are lacking evidences from years ago we can rely on consistency regarding similare spells.
