+dual wield +all dual wield

seems like you can have +dual wield and +all dual wield both uppable to +11 seperately..anyone have info about what the difference
Dual Wield = Albion Dual Wield skill for Infiltrator and Merc.
All Dual Wield = Dual Wield for Alb, Celtic Dual for Hib, Left Axe for Mid.
Not sure but that would be my assumption based on how Moras/Zenkraft work with those stats.
