Eden-DAoC

I recently had some health issues and lost my house. I am trying to recover my items that were in my vault and on my consignment merchant. Can someone tell me how i can recover these items?
I went to the town centers in housing. Everyone of them and clicked on all the npc's. None have items from my house. Any ideas anyone?
