Lions Den Albion Siege Golem goes wrong

the Lv5 - Lv9 Battle Ground Lions Den.
after u turn in 125 trinket to summon the Siege Golem.
It go through the Deserter camp and get killed by Deserter.
this make Albion hard to capture the CK.

The 2nd bug is 1-4lv bg ( Proving Ground )
I tested it on 3 of the realm already.
None of the Realm can get Trinket from mobs.
This make no one can summon Siege npc to help on capture the keep.
