Why is mid epic so hard compared to alb and hib ?

like 8 mobs you have to kill to get to the skull and they disease and dot with uninterruptable dot that will kill you ..

like wtf worldbuilders ?

It's not designed to be done alone. It's still really easy, just not by yourself.
