Here is mine (with dragonsworn crafted armor you get anothert 5% buff bonus; take a myth you like, e.g. 15 mana reg, or buff/mezz resists)
You can reduce parry on hands and/or quick on feet for piety, if you more healing power

It's not perfect, but there is very little "waste". This is for a Staff/Enh Friar. Current spec is 26 Rej/45 Enh/50 Staff/2 Parry.

I have +25% Buff Bonus gear I switch out. Quick fully buffed is 264. With Severity Staff and self buffs swing speed is 1.55.
With Theurgist speed buff it winds up being 1.51.

Looks like a very nice temp

But:
Quick hard cap is 250 - so 14 quick are useless.
I would suggest less qui on feet, but more parry
