Armor for Horses

In hibernia still requires ARCANIUM bars to make armor. We can only do arcanite.

The problem has been fixed but require a reboot.
So fixed next reboot.

Hibernia Horse Armor

Calling for arcanium when trying to craft. Unable to make in Hibernia.
Barding works well, made 1 of each (couple plat) 18 or so bardings, Untradable, Cant account vault. Not sure if this is intended but in the future please just put character bound on description. some of us like to test and make sure everything is working IE armor is uncraftable in hib.
