if a player wants to report a bug they should be able to just type it out here and have it noticed

This individual has the judgement of a 3 year old, and should have NO business on your server as they are just pushing players away, wasting all your efforts at creating the server.

It has been a frequent occurrence for people who report bugs to be disappeared.
Some people were quiet vocal during the beta testing that certain classes and realms were too strong.
The people got banned for daring to speak up, game went live and now the Top10 RP are all Hibs with 1 full Realm Rank lead.
Minstrel was reported as too strong with CL diseases garbage, ignored. Necro pet takes barely any damage, ignored, went live unchanged. Baseline stun cast train was too strong because of ToA boni and the reworked nukes, ignored, went live and look at the Herald now... lol
Karen is the basic Eden feedback experience. Write that something is broken and you get banned.

You seriously think that this is a constructive and logical reaction to something your team basically asks for?
Everyone is at risk of not being right at any time.
Why should anyone report bugs if there is even the slightest risk to get banned?
