Eden-DAoC

Hi everyone, my guild and I would like to make Sobekite, but we've never done it before, is there a guide that tells us what classes we need and the mechanics of the various Bosses? Unfortunately the groups that do this don't accept players without "experience" but if we don't, what experience can we acquire? Thanks and sorry for my poor english
