Hello,

My brother gets the following message when he wants to start his Eden Launcher:

"unable to connect to server, please check your internet connectivity and your antivirus/firewall rules concerning Eden Launcher"

he you use the browser OperaGX and Windows Profesional 7

( yes windows 7 Prof )

what can I do about it?

There have been a ton of launcher improvements since this post. He really should upgrade from windows 7 as its not supported by hardly anyone anymore. If this is still an issue, join our discord.gg/eden-daoc and use the #technical-support channel. Someone can help you.
