[ALB] Drop Rates Nerfed for Named Mobs in SI?

Was getting 1-3 items per named mob in SI before, now getting 1 item every 2-3 named monster (sometimes as many as 7 kills before a single item drops now). I can understand rates being nerfed if too much gold is being flooded so early in the servers season but I think the nerf might be a little overkill.
