Augmented Dexterity doesn't affect the necro pet's casting speed

Hi,

When I check /info pet, the casting speed doesn't change (even a bit) with all my points in augmented dexterity or with no augmented dexterity at all. In my tests, 59.83% in both case (with or without augmented dexterity).

+DEX bonus from items now grants the necromancer's pet quicker casting speed.

Working as intended.
