Hi, we actually changed that to mimic live behavior,
the only difference is that the guard may hit back here (we may change that), but they never aggro other mobs on their own (except for player's pets, and if the guard is actually a town guard and not a keep guard)

The easiest workaround, that i use myself, is to bind other keys to these mouse buttons, if your mouse software allows it (ie: button 5 to key U, then qbind the key U ingame, etc)
