Craftqueue not picking up all ingredients

This was reported fixed here for alb - happening on mid same potion as well: viewtopic.php?p=2069&hilit=blue+focus#p2069
For alchemy potion Draught of Replenishment buying ingredients it only picks up 3/4 using /craftqueue buy. crushed blue focus stone is not picked up from vendor even though it is there. If purchased manually the recipe works.
