Juggernaut Healing Cloak(Hib) dropped in Teepoks Mine (Alb)

Hi Team!
My Cabbie (Jasalina) was soloing in Teepok and received a Juggernaut Healing Cloak as a drop from killing one of the bosses (Sorry, don't remember which one).
Zam says this is only droppable from Juggernaut in Hib, so it is clearly a bug in the loot table for one of the Boss mobs in Teepok.
PS. The stats are good enough (even with the Empathy) that I'm keeping it!
