EdenLauncher.exe out of the blue not start anymore...

Hello!
Used the launcher without any problem from day one... then today stop to work, no error or similar, just dont run.
Already try the obvious:
* disable antivirus
* disable firewall
* reinstall repair
* uninstall/install
Did not change anything but I have two DAOC installations on this machine, one downloaded from this website and patched etc...
How do I ensure EdenLauncher is pointing to the correct DAOC folder? I see there is a configuration file named "EdenLauncher.exe.config" but there is no path setting there?
Any sugestion? Thx.
