Eden-DAoC

Earlier in the alpha, it did stack. What was the reasoning behind this? Correct me if I'm wrong, but every other class ability dot wise stacks the single target and group target. Dots are altered by stats and RAs. Friggs is not altered by +healing statics or ras and its a static value. So I ask, why was this changed?

It was my error. What I thought was stacking was one hot overwriting the other because it was better. Still don't understand why they don't stack.
