Installed DAoC, Patched to Live, But Launcher Broke?

Sorry if this has been posted exactly before, I searched online and here as well before going into it. I am not very technologically savvy, just enough to get by. Specs are Windows 10 Laptop, current direct X/drivers/frameworks you name it.
I wanted to recapture the feeling as it was, so I installed DAoC and followed the guide here on downloading the launcher, etc. The problem is after I patched to live, and then run the Eden Launcher, I get the following 2503 and 2502 error codes, and the package fails to install every time. I have re-downloaded it multiple times, used as administrator, but it always results in this: https://imgur.com/z6ynM8Q
Any help would be much appreciated. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
