Epic quest bug [Explain]

Hello again, in fact I think I expressed myself incorrectly on the bug of the epic quest, I am doing all the steps one by one. I arrive at the last stage: killed Ris Nir, and there I go back to the start of phase 3, when I have already done it, collect the orbs, go to the RVR zone, killed Ronnat etc etc, I have already done and I have to do it again, is this a bug?
