issue : i soloed 1 hour my healer and feel frequency was low and not reliable than live...
so i decided to really check log on long test and proc rate.

- Eir's spell line 40% proc rate (self dd proc pve)
- 20 mn hit grey dummy starting zone

since i don't know if % include or not miss and fumbles i post the 2 totals numbers but anyway proc rate is too low :

without miss and fumbles:
347 hit and 96 procs (11% resist included) (around 27% proc)

with miss and fumbles :
390hit and 96 procs (11% resist included) (around 23%)

Just make the same test on live :

20 mn hit on grey dummy :

354 hammer hit for 145 procs = 40.9%

i add the combat log for live

Procs are normalized for weapon speed. What weapon were you using?

3.1 hammer i'm doing an other 20mn test with a 4.2 hammer

Just finish 20 mn with slow 4.2 hammer

307 hit 100procs (including proc spell resists) = 32.5% procs chances

Will lower the normalized weapon speed from 5.0 to 4.0 for now.
TBD if this mechanic is to be kept.
